The day we met was the most surprising day of my life. I was to shocked to move I could just stare and gaps. All that went through my mind was is this real is this really happening? I did not believe it. The day before this happened was a ordinary day.
"Ray wake up it's time for you to get ready to go to your grandmas house," she said.
"Yeah I know mom I'm coming." He replied. I was just a ordinary 17 year old boy I was going to my grandmas house for my 18th birthday. My mom gave me no reason to why I had to go. She just told me it was important. The day I woke up my little sister Layla was crying. I asked and asked but she never told me why. Maybe it's because I won't be hear for her 7th birthday considering I will be a couple hours away for no reason. The train ride lasted forever I thought I would have never made it there. The scenery ways very pretty though. Lots of flowers and clouds. The day I arrived was relaxing until the unexpected happened. It was already noon when I arrived. So I decided to go to my friends Tays house I have not seen him in years. After visiting Tay I was walking the streets on my way to my grandmas house. The streets where two crowded I decided to take the back way home. As I walked I heard loud banging sounds and screams. Everyone has told me I'm curious and am to nosy for my own good and in this case I am. I walk closer to the noise and what I saw had my feet glued to the ground my eyes wide open as I kept gasping quietly. What I saw had me frightened I would never say it out loud or admit it though. What I saw was a vampire! He had his fangs in her neck as tears feel down her pretty eyes. Is what I should have said but my eyes are glued to the handsome monster. He is the most handsome man I have ever seen. Even while his eyes are red and blood dripping to the ground. Then I got startled and jolted when he let the girl down gently and said "Ray you know it's rude to stare right?" The vampire said. All that went through my mind in that moment was to run so I did. I looked back and saw his beautiful red eyes he had a grin on his face but his eyes looked so sad. I wonder why? Thoughts kept going through my mind. Who is he? Am I crazy? Did I really meet a vampire? How did he even know my name? Then when I walked into my grandmas house trying to get tonights events out of my head there he is standing in my grandmas living room.
I was just quiet trying to comprehend what was happening. I was trying so hard not to shake. So I could try to show confidence. I'm pretty sure he could snap me in half if he wanted to. So before I talked I was carefully thinking about what to say. "Get out of my house." I said. I soon regretted it the moment he gave me a wired look. Me and my big mouth is gonna get me and my grandma killed someday. So I tried to think of something else. "I mean what are you doing in my home." I replied again a little less rude.
"Well I came to get my bride." The vampire said.
"Well I don't think your bride is hear." Before he could respond my grandmother came in the room. Then to my surprise my grandma did not look shocked at all. I mean he did look like a human now. Did I imagine it after all? "I came to get my bride." The vampire said.
"I know Shain let me explain the situation first please." she asked? Shain nodded and agreed. So my grandma explained. She told me that my father had a huge dept. He then decided to find someone who could help him. He then stumbled apond Shain. Shain said he wants his first girl. He agreed very fast. Then your mom found out you were a boy. Your dad got mad and asked him to take you but Shain said no. Your dad said he would have a girl if Shain would pay off his debts. Shain agreed. Then after 11 years Layla was born. Shain came back when you were 11 and said he wanted you when you were 18. Your dad was angry because that was not the deal. Shain wanted you and your dad made a deal with a very strong person. He was to scared to say no and agreed. Hearing that had tears falling down my face. I got so mad I rushed to where Shain Is.
"How dare you make a deal about me. Who in the hell do you think I am? I don't care if your a vampire of a freaking unicorn! I'm not leaving with you and that's final." He screamed angrily.
"Well little puppy you don't got a choice you see your wrist I got the mark of command on it. So practically I own you." Shain smirked.
"You think I believe that nonsense you think you have control over me?"
"Oh I know I do little puppy."
"There is absolutely know way you can control me understand."
"Ray me your mom and sister are so sorry for what your dad has done. Though in this situation there is nothing we can do. Shain I know Ray is yours but please don't be to ruff on my grandson. Bye Ray I really love you." Said grandma. She then left out the door just like father. Feeling sad mad angry and other emotions I passed out in tears.
