The words lingers on.
"The fallen leaves tell a story... The great Elden Ring was shattered. And from which, the shattering begun — a war leading to abandonment by the Greater Will.
Now the realms of men lies in ruins, awaiting a Lord.... One that shall reclaim the runes and mend the elden ring. That is where those spurned by the grace of gold — us Tarnished ones shall fulfill the role.
Irina, my loyal blade, from now on you are my servant no more. Journey first back to the Lands Between and mend the Elden Ring. Within thee yet lies the strength to become an Elden Lord afterall."
How many moons was it since that day I pondered. I cannot recall.
Amidst the darkness, a speckle of radiant light was seen at the far distance. I followed the light without question.
At the time, I hadn't a thought of why I did that... I just followed it. And by the time I came to, I found myself in a church.
That is the beginning of Irina's story... my story. To mend the elden ring and aid a Tarnished that will become the Elden Lord.

The echoes of water dripping reverberated through the dark caves.
"(Sniffs....)"
In the shadow, a cloaked woman sat on a steed with great horns. Her hands brushing the steed's neck.
"...Are you sure she is the one, Torrent?"
Torrent groans in acknowledgement.
"I see. It seems she has yet to exhaust her will to fight, we found her here afterall. But how long can she endure before she too gives up, I wonder?"
