The struggle of what to do against Impress was real for Beatrix. She still had plenty of Qi to use in her fight, but the issue wasn't Qi.
The issue was the weapon in her hand. Already having given it her all, with her mind and body, she knew it; she was at a loss, and it was only a matter of time, before she would either have to age to death or get cut up by Impress.
It was hard for her to think this way, hard for her to admit it, which was why she continued to fight on.
Eventually, she had backed herself away, almost into a corner. She then used Ricar's item quickly to change the terrain surrounding the entirety of where Impress was.
She built walls upon walls, so at least Impress would have to cut through a few of them before she could get out.
Using this, she now at least could catch a break for a moment, because she could feel it; she was at a turning point with her weapon.
