"Papa," Belli tugged on my denim jeans with her big eyes sparkling in excitement. She had pink rain boots, a purple tracksuit with a black puffer. Her hair was down today, the little waves rolling down her back and a purple flower band around her head.
"What is it Princess?" I picked her up in my arms and kissed her little cheeks.
"Ice cream please," she blushed, pointing to the little cafe within the supermarket that sold ice cream and all other sweet treats. If Eli and Lia were here they would have demanded it from the first step into the supermarket but since they were at school it was the first calm grocery shopping I had ever experienced with a toddler.
Belli was not in the mood to go into daycare today. She normally got a bit cranky when Ethan was away for too long therefore I decided to keep her with me for the day. She was extremely obedient as she walked alongside me and when I felt her little legs needed to rest I put her in the children's seat.
