Chapter 126 - chapter 125

Somewhere in the city, in areas with high crime rates, we entered a small bar. Inside, various people of different appearances and genders were present. The most recognizable figure was Shigaraki, impatiently tapping his fingers on the wooden table where he sat.

"So, you guys want to join?" the gray-haired young man asked slowly and angrily, eyeing his new members with doubt.

"My name is Toga, Himiko Toga! Life is tough, and I want a world where it's easier to live!" squealed a thin, medium-sized teenager with blonde hair tied up in messy buns on each side of her head. She had short, straight bangs and two strands covering her face. Her eyes were large and slanted, amber in color, with long eyelashes. She smiled broadly, but whether it was happiness, euphoria, or something else entirely, it was hard to tell. Her slightly elongated fangs added to her dangerous appearance. She wore a sailor-style schoolgirl uniform with an oversized buttoned sweater that mostly covered her skirt. Her sleeves were long, covering even her palms, and she wore black knee-high socks and classic Japanese school shoes. "Have any of you seen Naruto-kun? I'd like to find him! We have unfinished business..." she whispered with a grin, holding a knife in her right hand.

"How noisy..." grumbled a dark-haired young man with darker, burnt skin on the lower part of his face and eyes. "They call me Dabi... and I heard this place supports Stain's ideals," he said lazily, looking around with boredom.

"That's why some of us are here," added a person with reptilian physical characteristics, carrying several weapons covered by bandages on their back. They growled in annoyance upon realizing their role model wasn't among those present.

Frowning, Tomura looked with disgust at the last comment. Among the others present were 'Muscular', a villain with a long list of homicides involving heroes and civilians, and 'Mustard', a teenager in a complete suit with a gas mask covering his face, with a revolver hanging from his waist. 'Magne', a transgender woman who carried a large thin rectangle, was also there.

Another villain, Twice, wore a dark suit with gray lines and a mask revealing only his white eyes. "Are you our leader? You look great! No offense, but I didn't expect to serve under a guy in a leotard with hands all over his body. Must be your fetish, getting groped!" Several looked at Twice doubtfully as he praised and then insulted Tomura.

Next was Mr. Compress, another strange villain wearing a mask and a large yellow coat. He had a top hat and leaned on a wooden cane. The last recruit was Moonfist, wearing a full-body straitjacket made of leather, with a mouthful of metal teeth visible.

"They're all good prospects, Tomura. Each has a solid record of their deeds," commented Kurogiri from behind the bar counter, observing the villains with different motives but possibly similar objectives.

With annoyance, the leader of the League of Villains looked at Dabi, apparently the leader of this group. "They'll be useful to me... I'll lead them from now on."

"Why?" Interrupting Shigaraki, Dabi looked doubtfully at his supposed leader. "I came here looking for a strong organization and a capable leader... and from what I've seen, this place has neither," he said with a sigh, igniting a bluish flame on his right hand as Tomura approached dangerously. "Why follow a leader without conviction?" he asked, his transparent attitude bothering Shigaraki more and more. "Tell me your objective, and I'll decide if I want to place my trust in this organization."

"Let society collapse..." Everyone turned their attention to a screen that had just been turned on in the room, showing a dark silhouette. Even as just an image, it made all the possible candidates uncomfortable. "Our goal is to bring down this society, to reshape it into one that suits us. A world where we're not seen as monsters and outcasts. Doesn't that sound good? A world where you can be yourselves…"

"Hummmm," a crooked smile formed on Toga's face as she tapped the tip of her knife against her cheek, showing her sharp fangs. "A world where we can be ourselves? I'm in!" she shouted with euphoria, followed by several villains enticed by the idea of being part of a new society where they were in charge and not limited by current laws.

Raising an eyebrow, the blue-fire manipulator lowered his hand to look at the screen curiously. "That interests me," he said, placing his hands in his pockets to listen to whoever was on the other side of the television.

"I don't like them, Sensei..." Tomura growled, his goal clear: to kill All Might and plunge the world into chaos.

"Patience, Tomura..." at the threatening and authoritarian tone of All For One, Shigaraki lowered his head and remained silent, not wanting to risk provoking his master's wrath. "I handpicked you, dangerous people who won't fail me in my requests..."

"What's the plan?" Muscular asked impatiently, eager to cause mayhem.

"In a few days, the most promising and young students of the UA will be at a training camp far from all civilization in the middle of the forest," explained the true leader of the legion, whose image appeared on the screen along with images of the camp and the pro heroes in charge. "According to my sources, some pro heroes will be invited to go... to keep an eye on our target."

Everyone present saw Naruto's clear image on the screen. It was hard not to know him. He was one of the most controversial cases today, a teenager with a long list of crimes usually associated with a class A villain. Yet, ironically, he attended one of the best hero academies. The contradiction was palpable.

"Do we have to kill him?" Dabi asked curiously, eyeing the proposal with skepticism. Killing a potential future villain who might one day join their ranks seemed counterintuitive.

"That sounds like a good challenge," Muscular said with a smirk, his interest piqued at the idea of facing the demon of UA, someone rumored to rival even the top 10 heroes.

Himiko just smiled at the image of Naruto, gripping the handle of her knife tightly and trembling at the thought of meeting him again.

"You wouldn't be able to face him... none of you," the dismissive remark offended several villains. Together, they believed they could take him down definitively. However, their leader had a plan for Naruto. "We have two recruits who would be more than happy to deal with this nuisance and bring him to us."

"And who are they?" Kurogiri asked, still unaware of the identities of these recruits who could handle a formidable opponent like Naruto.

"Everything will be revealed in time. For now, just prepare, because capturing Naruto is not our only objective…"
