The nurse trembled slightly, daring not to approach and stop him.
More than two hours later, the door of the Emergency Room opened, and a comatose William Guillen was pushed out by the doctor and nurse.
Thomas Shannon crushed the cigarette butt with the tip of his shoe and quickly stepped forward, "How is William?"
