Just as Thomas Shannon was about to make him jump for the third time, the mobile phone rang. He took out the phone and glanced at it. "Lan Singh, what's up?"
"Thomas, I need your help with something."
William Guillen's voice sounded especially heavy, with a hint of hoarseness. Thomas Shannon raised an eyebrow; what happened again?
"Go ahead, what is it?"
William Guillen's voice revealed endless fatigue, "Last night, something happened. Can you help me find out who was behind it?"
