Sophie Sullivan playfully scrutinized him up and down. Thomas Shannon stopped in front of her, the crisp scent of the man, mingled with the fragrance of a recent bath, wafted directly toward her.
"Maintain a safe distance, don't get too close to me." Sophie instinctively stepped back.
"Meow." Harry lifted his furry head, and let out a howl at Thomas Shannon, squinting his round eyes.
It seemed like he was greeting them with a smile.
Sophie poked Harry's head with her index finger, "You're becoming quite the spirit."
Thomas Shannon chuckled lowly, finding it extremely amusing, "Maintain a safe distance, how much distance counts as safe, hmm?"
"Don't come close to me."
"Ah..."

The next day, before Sophie even woke up, her cheek was patted.
