"Fennie's turned bad." Thomas Shannon pinched her cheek and kneaded it a couple of times.
Sophie Sullivan hummed twice, closed her eyes, and fell into a deep sleep.
Thomas Shannon had no way to deal with her. This matter wasn't urgent; he would eventually get that annoying fellow, Gaby, out of the bedroom.

The next morning.
After breakfast, Sophie Sullivan wanted to go upstairs for a nap, but a servant rushed to report, "Young Master, Young Master Benson is here."
Thomas Shannon's eyes were profound. He paused and then said coldly, "Invite them in."
The servant only mentioned Young Master Benson and didn't say he brought someone along. Hearing the word "them," the servant couldn't help but wonder, could it be that Thomas Shannon already knew Young Master Benson didn't come alone today?
The servant didn't delay and immediately went out to invite Edward Benson in.
