As Sophie Sullivan spoke, she grew increasingly irritated. She raised her hand and pounded on his chest twice.
A faint feeling of stuffiness weighed inside her heart, a suffocating tightness in her chest. She could neither get it up nor push it down; it was smothering her.
She clenched his shirt with one hand, her eye color cold and detached. "The only reason I treat her this way is that she started it. You seem to have forgotten what happened when I first arrived at the manor, but I haven't. The reason I went crazy and hurt myself out of nowhere was entirely because of Minimus Hart's mischief!"
"What did she do?"
"She injected me with some medicine, and I don't know what it was. Later, when she realized the affair was about to be discovered, she injected me with an antidote."
