Thomas Shannon realized her strange behavior stemmed entirely from Amelia Shaw. It seemed she truly hated Amelia to the bone.
Without a sound, he stepped forward, blocking her view of Amelia and... Amelia's view of her.

Charlie River, listening from the side, thought, This maniac really doesn't know what's good for her! If the Young Master still had feelings for Amelia Shaw, what place would she have now? She could have been long gone, said her goodbyes by now! Anyone with clear eyes could see the Young Master favored her more, but she just didn't realize it. It's so infuriating!
