George Stanford woke up from a nap, feeling refreshed.
He went to Sophie Sullivan's room and saw many men in black guarding the door.
He hesitated for a moment, almost thinking he had entered the wrong room. Young Master Shannon wasn't staying in the medical office anymore. This was indeed Fiona's room.
He hadn't gone to the wrong room...
"Mr. Standford, please come in."
The man in black knocked on the door and said to Sophie Sullivan inside the room, "Maniac, Mr. Standford is here."
George Stanford entered the room and saw Sophie Sullivan staring blankly at the ceiling with a lifeless look.
"Fiona, how are you feeling?"
George Stanford stood at the end of the bed and observed Sophie Sullivan closely. Sophie's eyes moved before focusing on his face.
"Old Mr. Standford, why does it hurt so much?"
"Pain? Didn't you already have a painkiller injection?"
Sophie Sullivan growled lowly, "The effect of one shot has worn off!"
