"Maybe give a warning the next time you turn the surroundings into a burning... hell." Victor Von Doom finally uttered after a few seconds of watching my fire wave burn away the last vestiges of the massive demon horde. "However, this makes our job much easier than I initially anticipated. Since I didn't have to expend any energy to fight the demons, maybe I can take care of Mephisto on my own." He mused in a hushed voice as if he were contemplating his chances.
"Even though that fire of yours didn't have as much magic in it as the eternal flames of Surtur, it still doesn't exactly fall behind in strength when it comes to burning everything in its path." Hella gave her own opinion as well while surveying the widespread damage caused by my fire.
"What do you mean by my flames don't have much magic in them? Ryujin Jakka is completely spiritual in nature; doesn't that alone make it one of the most magical fires in the world?" I questioned with a deadpan.
"Having its origin from a spirit doesn't automatically make something magically gifted. Yes, it can even burn away non-corporeal entities due to its spiritual nature, but it doesn't have as many magical properties as the eternal flames, which are basically inextinguishable, powerful enough to bring back the dead, and can even supply Surtur with enough power so that he can unleash Ragnarök." She calmly responded as if she were just stating hard facts.
"... I see. You are right. Now that I think about it, my fire ability does seem a little lackluster when compared to Hellfire or the Eternal Flames of Surtur. Even though Ryujin Jakka is indeed a better version of my previous ability, which is the Nirvana Flame, it still could have been better." I lamented with a weak smile as I stared at a yellow ball of fire that I had just made in my hands. 'However, now that I think about it, Ryujin Jakka should also have the ability to revive everyone it has killed as skeletons, right? That is a good support ability. But if my fire had another cool magical ability like being unextinguishable so that it can't be countered by normal water, it would have been just perfect... Wait, don't I also have access to the Fiendfyre spell... what if?'
Without uttering any more words, I silently cast the Fiendfyre spell over my left hand before bringing it close to the Ryujin Jakka's flame that was brightly burning over my right hand. "Now, let's try to combine the two," I said as I consciously did my best to mix the two flames to combine them into one single flame. If it is indeed possible, then I can just start practicing combining Ryujin Jakka with Fiendfyre until I master casting both fires at once. The resulting flame still might not be as good as the eternal flames, but it will definitely be closer.

'What the actual hell?... Did the system just basically give me a skill for free? Because that was the last thing I expected to happen here.' I mentally exclaimed, my mouth left wide open because of the shock, as my hands still remained close to each other in an attempt to create a new type of fire, even though the entire thing was more or less useless now.
"Are you alright, darling? I don't know if you realize it or not, but you have been standing there for the past ten seconds while just staring at empty space. Even Odin didn't do that until he turned 4000." Hela suddenly spoke up, determined not to let the opportunity go to waste.
"Oh yeah, everything is just alright. It's just that I suddenly had an inspiration for a new... spell. And by the way, it's all because of you, so thanks." I thanked her with a smile.
"An inspiration, is it? Well, I am glad I could be of help."
"Oh, believe me, you were," I said as I mentally opened my system inventory to equip the new skill card quickly.
||Primordial Void Fire: Can summon and manipulate the cosmic paradoxical flame born from the void that existed before creation. This purple fire does not merely burn; it consumes all forms of energy and matter, including heat, light, kinetic, cosmic, and mystical forces, reducing them all to nothingness.
It can't be quantified by temperature since it doesn't emit heat but rather consumes it to fuel itself eternally. As it consumes energy and matter, its intensity grows exponentially, making it "hotter" and more destructive over time. The flame can bend reality around it, distorting space-time due to its extreme energy density changes. Slow to spread on its own due to its unique nature. It cannot be extinguished unless opposed by a force of equal power or if the user wills it.
Furthermore, this fire retains its predecessor's ability to summon corpses and ashes of those who perished in its flames to rise and fight on behalf of the user. Additionally, this flame is extremely compatible with the Chaos Blades, and its power can be increased when used in conjunction with them
'... It's official. I finally have an actual overpowered attack that I can use to fight the crazy gods, celestials, and dimensional entities in this universe. With this, I will at least have an easier time fighting guys who literally eat planets for breakfast.' I celebrated in my mind before looking at Doom. "Now, let's go and beat up that Lucifer Morningstar wannabe before he finds another way to waste our time," I said in an upbeat and confident voice.
"We are in luck then, because we will soon be summoned to his palace now that we have wiped out the rest of the challengers. He is probably preparing for us right now." Doom solemnly answered while examining the uneven crystallized glass that had formed due to overheating the sand. "After all, this place is just an outer part of the first circle of hell, a place for lost souls to roam around endlessly while being devoid of any sort of hope."
"So, this dimension really is hell, huh? Then that means the being you want to fight is the actual Lucifer Morningstar, the archangel who was once cast down by God himself because he rebelled against the creator. Can we actually survive fighting against such a being?" Natalia, who had mostly gone quiet after witnessing me burning all the demons, suddenly asked aloud with a hint of doubt in her voice.
"He is not the real Lucifer Morningstar. He just spread the ruse to score some "reputation points" among mortals. After all, it's a lot easier for him to make deals with humans if they think that Mephisto possesses the power to go against the ultimate creator of this universe. As a matter of fact, you can say that the entire Devil story was one marketing campaign for him to reap souls more effectively." I explained, earning a nod from Hela.
Doom, on the other hand, looked as if this was the first time he had heard of it. Even though I couldn't see his facial expressions because of the metal mask that was fully covering his face, I could still feel he was shocked, hearing that the being who had been the source of one of his greatest problems was nowhere near as great and mighty as it had initially made itself out to be.
That being said, Doom and his mother weren't the first ones to be deceived. Mephisto has always been the biggest deceiver among all the hell Lords. He has deceived and manipulated countless people to do his bidding, including the various hosts of the spirit of the Ghost Rider. That was one of the reasons I had called in an old friend to help take down Mephisto once and for all, someone who had been one of his victims in the past and was patiently waiting for a chance of revenge against the Prince of Lies. We were supposed to meet up in hell, but it seems like he will be arriving at the party quite late.
"We are being forcibly summoned elsewhere Hela softly warned, as our surroundings began to flicker, and reality itself distorted around us. Within the blink of an eye, the desert we had been standing on transformed into a massive European-style palace, adorned with flowing red boiling lava and ominous statues appearing to be crafted from bones. However, the truly terrifying part of all of this was the enormous throne that quietly stood in the center of the room, along with the red-skinned Hell Lord sitting silently atop it while staring at us with a "welcoming" smile.
"Welcome, challengers. Your group has managed to beat all others in the game of survival and thus has secured the right to challenge me... what the fuck. "Is this an invasion?" Mephisto suddenly stammered, interrupting his grand speech as he stared at Hela with wide-open eyes. "W-why are you here, Lady of Hel, Hela Odinsdottir!?" he exclaimed before finally noticing me standing beside her as well. "Wait, no. You... You aren't supposed to be here either. You should still be trapped inside Heven. It was only supposed to be the prince challenging me," he expressed, panic lacing his deep voice. "How was I not able to foresee all this beforehand? Did the Solstice make me weaker this year than I usually am?" he pondered aloud as he seemed to carefully calculate his next steps.
