Kai Syaoran was less than pleased at this. He released two bolts of lightning from his glowing eyes. The lightning moved through the air in a zigzag motion. It was accompanied by thunder powerful enough to shatter eardrums and shake the earth. The fleeing Devil Shamans were the first to feel his wrath, and they were turned into charred meat.
There was chaos in the group as some realized that Kai Syaoran was a Shaman Lord. It did not matter how evil you were; before true power, all had to bow or die. Devil Shamans gained their power by sacrificing every living thing they came across without caring for the value of life. They therefore understood that no matter what they did, their end had come, and no amount of pleading would save them. In a matter of seconds, all the Devil Shamans were dead and on the ground.
