Mr. Ghost Hayes watched her waving a handkerchief back and forth, which really didn't seem proper, so he simply didn't let her hold it anymore and bought her a round fan in the shop to hold.
The fan had a begonia flower and butterfly pattern woven in silk, with an ebony carved handle, naturally not cheap.
After paying for Cherry's outfit, Mr. Ghost Hayes felt as though he was nearly drained.
"You can't catch a wolf without sacrificing some lambs. These days it's all about packaging. Look dressed up like a Barbie doll, who'd see you as an evil god? But with this outfit, you have depth, like an undead woman who's lived for a hundred and eighty years…" Mr. Ghost Hayes muttered, trying to convince himself.
Cherry fanned herself in front of the mirror, studying herself, fairly satisfied.
She quite liked this fan.
With Cherry's outfit settled, Mr. Ghost Hayes also had to prep himself.
