The next morning, Purple Summers went to collect a debt—
Ignoring Cherry's wails, she forcefully dragged her away from Gavin Graves.
"I want to be with Gavin Graves!" Cherry sat in the car, complaining endlessly, "Why can't he come with me? Why?"
"We're going to a prison visit, do you think it's a vacation? Bring family along?" Purple said irritably, "Do you need to be glued to him 24 hours a day?"
Cherry retorted boldly, "Yeah, why not?"
Purple rolled her eyes speechlessly.
They happened to encounter a red light, and as the car stopped, Purple pointed to the butterfly roses in the green belt outside the car window: "See that? There needs to be enough space and distance between two flowers to let them spread their branches and bloom freely. If they're squeezed together, what happens? They suffocate to death!!!"
Cherry said, "You're talking nonsense! Gavin Graves and I aren't flowers!"
