The man pursed his lips and remained silent.
Purple Summers repeated the question: "Before she hurt you, what did you do to her?"
Timothy Diaz looked irritated and replied, "I took off my clothes."
"Did she show any sign of refusal?" Purple Summers asked.
Timothy Diaz impatiently said, "Aren't all women like this? Saying no but meaning yes, they say no when they actually want it..."
Purple Summers interrupted him: "So she said 'no' to you, but you still continued, is that right?"
"She said 'let go', but her voice was very low..."
"Thank you." Purple Summers interrupted again and looked at the judge, "Your Honor, I have no further questions."
Then she turned and walked back to her seat.
Timothy Diaz became anxious and yelled at Purple Summers, "She never resisted!"
Purple Summers paused, looked back at his left eye wrapped in bandages, and had a faint smile on her lips: "Really? I think she resisted quite fiercely."
