Olivia Lewis lowered her hat brim and, after listening to some gossip, discreetly headed towards the President's office.
She had no interest in the gossip within these circles, after all, she was the center of gossip herself. Being gossiped about so much had made her lose interest in gossiping about others.
She had been to August Oliver's office once before, so this time she didn't need to find her way, and easily arrived at the office door. She raised her hand and knocked on the door.
"Knock, knock."
"Come in."
It was August Oliver's voice.
When Olivia Lewis heard this voice now, she still felt a bit dazed, always feeling that the owner of the voice was different from the boy in her memory with whom she watched stars, drank beer, and sang songs.
She brushed off that small sense of disparity, pushed open the door, and said while walking in, "Sorry to disturb you, President Oliver."
