"Talk to James properly, if it's Nia's mother who wants to adopt those two children, James might not be upset." Old Master Black said, "James just doesn't want the Black Family to get involved."
"I understand." Jane Sampson nodded.
Ever since getting pregnant, Jane Sampson's sleepiness became particularly noticeable.
After lunch, she accompanied Old Master Black for a short walk in the courtyard and then went upstairs for a nap. She slept for more than two hours before waking up naturally.
When she went downstairs, Brooke Black was talking to Old Master Black downstairs. Jane Sampson curiously exclaimed, "Auntie, why are you home at this time?"
"There wasn't much to do at the company, so I came back early." Brooke waved at Jane Sampson, "Are you hungry? Do you want a piece of cake?"
Jane nodded repeatedly and ran over to sit beside Brooke.
"It's from your favorite shop; I took a detour after work to buy it for you." Since Jane was little, Brooke loved watching her eat.
