"This is James Black's stuff. He braved the rain to come back last night, probably thought it was damp, so he didn't bring it upstairs." Jane Sampson weighed the carry-on bag, it wasn't heavy.
She then directly complained to Brooke Black, "He's so irresponsible, he got injured and didn't tell me. Last night, he even came back in the rain, and when he entered, his hair was still dripping water."
"James Black is back?" Brooke Black was incredulous, "In his room? Is the injury serious?"
"He said it's not serious, I haven't seen it yet, I'm not sure. He asked me to come down to get him gauze and medicine, Auntie, come upstairs with me to check it out. If the injury is serious, help me take him to the hospital for treatment." Jane Sampson said.
Brooke Black nodded and followed Jane Sampson upstairs.
While asking, "Did he come back at midnight last night? No wonder the carry-on bag is still wet. I slept well last night; when he entered, no one even knew."
