"Why do you and Peter Gingery have so much to talk about? Your steamed bun is almost cold." Jane Sampson poked James Black's steamed bun with her chopsticks, which had a small bite taken out of it by her earlier when she had been craving a bite.
Only after taking a bite did she realize it was bland and tasteless, not delicious at all, so she continued to eat her vegetarian bun.
James Black glanced at the steamed bun with the small bite missing, then at Jane Sampson's guilty expression, and knew what was going on. He hooked the corner of his mouth, smiling faintly, and nonchalantly started eating it.
"By the way, Sampson, did you see the tweet Julie Sampton posted? Last night I saw Bright Sampton saying that Julie chose to withdraw the case, which I found strange, and then this morning I saw Julie Sampton had posted a tweet from her alternate account in the middle of the night." Mair Williams said quietly to Jane Sampson, "Julie Sampton took the money from the Chip Family."
