She was still changing shoes at the entryway when James Black called.
Jane Sampson glanced at the mobile phone on the shoe cabinet, not in a rush to answer. After changing her shoes, she picked it up.
"Hello~" she opened her mouth, her voice soft and gentle, "I've just gotten home."
"Haven't had dinner yet?" James Black glanced at the watch on his wrist, it was already seven o'clock.
"Not yet, I went home first. Lucy is going to pack dinner for me and will deliver it later." Jane Sampson put the snacks on the tea table and thought for a moment, "Coco brought back a lot of food for me. Can I eat it?"
James Black knew Jane Sampson's tricks too well, so he didn't directly say yes.
Instead, he said, "Open a WhatsAPP video, let me see what it is."
"Uh-huh~ Then I'll hang up the call first." Jane Sampson ended the call without further ado and sent James Black a WhatsAPP video call.
