After last night's guests had left, the underwater resort hotel became even quieter. Despite being a newly constructed modern building, it exuded a strong historical vibe. The stained glass embedded in the corridor seemed to have been deliberately aged by the craftsman, flickering with a faint glow under the lights, lacking the brilliance of the new.
Seeing Aldana Candi staring blankly at the stained glass, Philip Shaw asked with a chuckle, "Do you think it's quite old-fashioned?"
Aldana Candi looked up at him, "Not really old, it just feels strange."
"Your feeling isn't strange at all." Philip Shaw explained from behind her, "All the glass and stones in the entire hall were transported from the United Kingdom. We dismantled a two-hundred-year-old church and moved the entire church to the underwater below."
This kind of fanfare left Aldana Candi slightly tongue-tied.
