Seemingly aware that she was watching him, Philip Shaw's lips fell once more. He gently touched her lips with his own and then whispered softly in her ear: "Close your eyes. Good girl."
She slowly withdrew her gaze, focusing on a place not far away. Compared to the indescribable heat of her body, her mind remained detached from desire.
She felt like an observer, her soul floating above, watching her own ugly body being toyed with and violated. She had long understood that when everything is resistant, the only way to avoid being tainted was to detach her spirit from her body.
After Philip Shaw was satisfied, he carried her to the bathroom to cleanse her body.
Even though Philip Shaw hadn't really taken her, the kissing and holding still exhausted her. Her body was weak, and in the water, she felt like she was about to float, being tightly held from behind by Philip Shaw.
