Jacob's residual light swept over the woman beside him, then he seriously resumed connecting the wires.
After fiddling for a full ten minutes, Keira couldn't help but complain, "Jacob Sydney, can you do it or not? My arm is almost dead tired..."
"If not, do you want to try?" Jacob poked his head out of the fuse box and turned to look at Keira, raising an eyebrow.
Keira pouted, "You should do it..."
Jacob gave a light humph and then continued connecting the wires.
It was actually just a few wires being shortened by him, connecting them wouldn't take long, coming and going wouldn't take more than two minutes. But he didn't want to part from her so quickly, wanted to at least say a few more words...
Keira let out a long breath, her arm was really sore.
With one hand holding Alexandra, and the other holding the mobile phone, it seemed like nothing heavy, but it was really tiring her out.
'Clap!'
