"Yes."
The Director clapped his hands, excitedly saying.
"So, we all know this film is Mr. Wellington's way of giving Miss Hammond a boost. Mr. Wellington needs Director Brown's reputation, and Miss Hammond can't suffer too much; she needs to date Mr. Wellington outside of filming, so she can't be too exhausted, so when we're on set..."
"I understand." Before the Director could finish, Skye Brown nodded.
Using a formal tone, she said, "I'm just responsible for taking the money to shoot the film. Since Mr. Wellington is the one paying, we'll do it his way. As long as the Wellington family isn't afraid of affecting the final product, I have no issue."
That's what she said, but only Skye knew how much effort it took to say such words.
Time and years can really wear down a person's edges.
Never thought there would be a day when she would become such a slick, unprincipled person from the newcomer who would argue with investors over a supporting role back then.
