Victoria Gibson thought of Chad Yakov, and her facial expression became a bit unpleasant again.
The hand resting on her knee unconsciously clenched.
Even her body became tense.
The next second, she saw Auntie Wilson carrying a water cup over and placing the cup on the coffee table in the living room, shocking her to stand up from the sofa.
"What's wrong? Is the water too hot?" Auntie Wilson looked at her in surprise.
But soon she realized that Victoria hadn't even touched the cup, how could she be burned...
"It's nothing, I'm feeling a bit uncomfortable; I want to go back to the room to rest." Victoria dared not look at the coffee table in the living room again and turned to go upstairs.
As she reached the staircase entrance, she suddenly thought of her current predicament and halted her footsteps, looking back at Auntie Wilson.
"Miss Gibson, is there something else you need?"
