Only the Curtain hadn't been pulled tightly, letting in a faint, hazy glow.
Victoria Gibson tried to fight back, but she couldn't break free.
She tried shouting, and very quickly realized this was his turf; no one would help her.
She looked in despair at the Man inching closer and closer to her, begging him with all her might.
"Chad Yakov, don't treat me like this… don't make me hate you…" Victoria Gibson's throat turned hoarse as she watched the Man whose eyes were now covered with a strange light, her Voice trembling in Fear.
Hate.
Chad Yakov's Body went slightly rigid, all his movements coming to a stop.
He lowered his gaze, staring fixedly at her.
Catching the glimmer of tears in her eyes, he slowly reached out, tracing the corner of her eye, a hint of hurt flashing in his Dark Eyes. "Is it really that hard… to love me?"
