After seeing her nod, Ye Wuge clenched his teeth and forced himself to lower his head to kiss her.
The waitress shyly closed her eyes, her rosy lips slightly puckering, as if waiting for his kiss.
Yet, no matter what, Ye Wuge just couldn't do it.
Unable to hold back, he cursed under his breath, flipped over, and got off the bed.
The waitress was startled by his sudden move, thinking she must have done something wrong.
She bit her lip, clutching the hem of her dress, and timidly called out, "Director Ye."
Ye Wuge raised a hand and pinched his throbbing forehead hard. "You can leave now."
"Did… did I do something wrong?" The woman looked at him, speaking with a hint of grievance.
Even though she knew Ye Wuge could never take her seriously, catching the elusive Director Ye was a rare opportunity.
Getting close to him might just be her chance to change her fate.
