Adrian Desmond left the depressed Sienna Johnson behind and departed.
Dressed all in black, Adrian swung his long legs over his Harley Motorcycle, put on his helmet, started the engine, and said to Sienna, "A rape, murder, and dismemberment case just happened here last week. You'd better watch out!"
Sienna was speechless.
"Good luck. I hope you live to see tomorrow's sunrise."
Sienna still couldn't find any words.
"Goodbye!"
"Wait! Are you really going to leave me alone in a place like this?" Sienna asked in disbelief.
This place was definitely in the middle of nowhere. Not only did she not have a single penny on her, but even if she had money, there were no taxis. And if a car did come by, she probably wouldn't dare get in.
"You once told me not to be too nice to women who don't concern me. I think you were right about that. Until you agree to marry me and become my wife, I don't see any need to be too nice to you," Adrian said with conviction.
