Mr. Lucas stood downstairs, looking at the light in Sienna Johnson's room and feeling uneasy. He knocked on the door, but Sienna Johnson just told him to get lost. He didn't dare to barge in, fearing he would offend Sienna Johnson.
Please don't let anything go wrong, Mr. Lucas thought, wiping his bald head, his brow deeply furrowed.
Just as Mr. Lucas was feeling anxious, Adrian Desmond called.
Mr. Lucas immediately answered the phone and said respectfully, "Sixth Master, has the wedding ceremony ended? Why did you call?"
"Where is Mai?"
"She's been in her room the whole time."
"She hasn't come out at all today?"
"No. When I knocked on the door, Madam told us to get lost. Madam sounded like she was in a very bad mood," Mr. Lucas said tactfully.
