Sienna Johnson fought back her tears, quickly returned to her room, closed the door, and then hugged Kiki, sobbing quietly.
All these days, the strength she had feigned and the indifference she had pretended to feel crumbled in an instant upon hearing that Adrian Desmond and Melanie Carpenter had slept together last night.

"Mai, don't be sad." Kiki didn't know how to comfort her. Sienna rarely cried, especially not with such devastating sadness as now.
