Chapter 853 - Chapter 853: How far can your vision really see?

Skye was carrying a box filled with alien artifacts, following Coulson closely.

"You all seem used to this, but for most people, this would be huge news," Skye said.

"Asgardians are aliens from another planet who came to Earth thousands of years ago?"

Coulson picked up an alien artifact and placed it in Skye's collection box, replying, "It might have been even earlier."

Skye continued, "Back then, people didn't understand what aliens were, so they thought they were gods?"

Coulson looked around at the collected alien items and said, "That's how Norse mythology was born."

Skye gasped, "That's insane."

Then, turning to the young ninja Killer Bee, she asked, "Killer Bee, are ninjas aliens too?"

Killer Bee thought for a moment and answered, "I suppose we could be."

At that point, Coulson chimed in, "No, from what we know, ninjas are from the same origin as us. They're Earthlings."

Killer Bee, looking puzzled, asked, "We're from Earth too?"

In his memory, the ninja world seemed like a separate planet from Earth.

Skye, surprised, exclaimed, "Whoa, that's even crazier than being aliens."

Coulson picked up another alien object and muttered, "I wish, just once, Thor and Charles would send their minions to clean up their own messes."

"I heard Charles's group even has magical brooms or something."

Skye sighed, "I really wish they'd left the alien ship behind."

May joked, "So we'd have to clean that up too?"

Skye rebutted, "No, so we could check it out. Maybe take it for a spin or something."

May smiled slightly but didn't say anything.

Skye looked at May and said, "Come on, flying an alien spaceship wouldn't be on your bucket list?"

Coulson then interjected, "As far as I know, alien tech in human hands never ends well."

Skye teased, "I wouldn't mind Charles falling into my hands—oh wait, he's not an alien."

"Thor wouldn't be bad either. Both of them are basically dream guys."

Coulson smiled at Skye and replied, "They are pretty handsome, but…"

Before he could finish, May interrupted, "No, they really are dream guys. Especially Charles Doyle."

Skye, encouraged by May's support, stuck her tongue out at Coulson playfully.

Meanwhile-

In Norway-

Telemark National Park-

A young couple had arrived at the park.

The man, looking at some notes, said, "South of the water, north of the mountain."

"A circle of stones, surrounding a great tree."

The woman asked, "Jacob, is this the place?"

Jacob nodded and pulled a chainsaw out of his backpack, starting to cut down the tree.

Wood chips flew as he worked, and after felling the tree, they found a short silver-white rod inside the trunk, crafted from an unknown material and engraved with unfamiliar patterns and designs.

Jacob excitedly held up the object and brought it to his girlfriend, exclaiming, "We've found it!"

The two shared a passionate kiss, and after pulling away, the woman said, "I can't wait to tell everyone."

Holding the object, Jacob said, "I told you it was real, and I would find it."

"Are you ready?"

The woman nodded, and as she placed her bare hands on the object, a surge of red energy flowed from the short, silver-white rod into her body.

Almost immediately, her expression twisted in pain, and she became consumed with rage.

Jacob, gripping both ends of the rod, spoke calmly, "Don't resist the feeling. That anger—it's always been inside you."

"Don't be afraid. Don't run from its power. Embrace it."

"Embrace it!"

With a roar, the woman took hold of the rod. At that moment, two forest rangers, alerted by the noise, approached and shouted, "My God, what have you done?"

The woman turned to face the rangers and, with a single blow, sent them flying ten meters through the air.

Meanwhile-

Naruto Uzumaki, Sakura Haruno, and Kakashi Hatake had already set out to search for any signs of Sasuke Uchiha.

On the other side-

Charles, holding coordinates given by Odin, used the power of the Space Stone to transport herself directly to Helheim, where Hela was sealed.

The entire world around her was draped in darkness, the sky oppressive and heavy, making the atmosphere feel even more hopeless than Svartalfheim, the Dark World.

Looking down, Charles saw a sealing array composed of runic symbols. At that moment, a woman's voice echoed in her ears, "What does Odin hope to accomplish by sending you here instead of dealing with me himself?"

During the recent Convergence of the Nine Realms, Hela had been thwarted by Odin, unable to break free from the seal.

Charles looked toward the voice and saw a disheveled woman, her clothing tattered, sitting casually on a stone bench.

As Charles approached, he spoke, "Hela Odinsdottir."

Hela chuckled softly, "I didn't expect anyone to remember me. I thought Odin had already erased every trace of my existence—his usual style."

Standing up, Hela slowly walked toward Charles and asked, "I am the goddess of Death. What kind of god are you?"

Charles replied, "I am no god of Asgard. If you like, you can call me Charles Doyle."

"Or you can address me as Supreme Merlin or Immortal or Ninja Immortal."

Hela pondered briefly. She wasn't familiar with the other title, but she did know something about Merlin.

"A disciple of Merlin, huh…"

"So, tell me, why has Odin sent you here?"

Seeing that Hela hadn't attacked right away, Charles calmly replied, "Perhaps we could have a conversation."

"Swish!"

In a flash, a flying sword shot from Hela's hand, piercing toward Charles at great speed.

"If you can survive this, then maybe we can talk."

The sword pierced through Charles, pinning him to the ground as blood began to pool beneath him.

Satisfied with her attack, Hela approached Charles, muttering softly, "I had hoped for a bit more of a conversation. By the way, what was your name again?"

In this moment, Hela's arrogance and disdain were on full display. She had no interest in remembering the names of those she considered weak.

However, Charles raised his right hand, pointing with two fingers—not at Hela but off to the side—and said, "How far can your vision really see?"
