It took me a while to contemplate and answer the ridiculousness that Sakazuki had just asked me. There are two people in this world who are not 'villains' but that I don't trust more than anyone else.
Akainu Sakazuki is one of them.
She is a marine… a 'good girl' but I just can't trust this woman.
The other is Dragon… but since he's now my father in law… and my brother in law… I don't have much of a choice.
"Not that I will, but I'd rather leave Shirahoshi in Blackbeard's hands than yours" I hissed, leaving a complex comment inadvertently.
"Blackbeard? Who is that"
She didn't know but somehow still felt offended. She should.
"A damned pirate, but I am sure he's more reliable than you even if just a bit!".
I looked at her up and down.
'I don't care you have huge breasts, you're still Ace's murderer... I am not letting that happen again'.
I turned around, expecting her to follow. Shirahoshi should be okay, I won't be away that long and I gave her the power to protect herself.
I stepped out, but I did not hear Sakazuki's steps behind me, rather, I heard her voice.
"You would trust a pirate more than me? fool, certainly two apples don't fall too far away from the same tree... you can say you're a scientist, a liberator, a good person... but in the end you're still just a wretched piece of shit pirate like the rest".

I took her by the neck, faster than lightning. There was no retaliation from her, no reaction… not even Haki to defend herself. Perhaps she has already realised that if I want her dead… there is nothing she can do.
"Do it" she taunted me with a smirk.
"..." my hand shook, I tried to let her go, but she grasped my wrist.
"Let's kill each other, Veyron".
"Do you think you can kill me...? You?" I ridiculed, finally gaining a reaction. If there is something she hates is to be underestimated. She's weaker than me, it is a reality she can't accept, but it is reality.
"I could die and take your arms, even if I don't kill you... hmph, I would be doing the world a favour, what more would you create if you don't have arms?".
"…" I ridiculed her again. Perhaps in her delusional realm she thinks she can slice me.
I let go of her and didn't even look back.
"….?"
"You can go… I am not going to waste my time with you. Next time you try something in my islands, I will kill you" I said dismissively. There is no point in keeping her as a prisoner, other than knowing the identity of the spies in Kuraigana… but it is okay, I have the means without her intervention.
"… aren't there things you wish to ask me!?"
I ignored her and took my boat that was in the shore of the tontatta tribe, keeping my sense on her at all times as she followed closely behind.
I sat in the boat and sailed, next thing I knew…. she was sitting next to me, lighting up a cigarette.
"Are you off your head?" I asked, baffled.
"This island is not within the world government's jurisdiction. No marine ship is ever going go to pick me up here.
I don't have a log pose or guide… what do you expect me to do?"
"…"
'I guess she's right'.
"The G-9 should be en-route to where I am going, I'll drop you–"
"This is my new mission… I'll keep an eye on you, Veyron".
"You must be having a laugh…" I nearly burst out, is this woman mental…? I give her the chance to go, simply because I don't want to be arguin every two seconds. More so, I don't want to kill her… I don't want to be forced to kill her.
Sakazuki didn't say another word. I sighed and didn't say anything either.
I used my powers and shoot into the skies.
She looked at the distant world beneath passing by at breakneck speeds, even as she felt static. Instinctively she looked at me who had just leaned back lazily.
"Put that cigarette away" I ordered. Only someone like her would smoke within my bubble barrier. Totally mental.
"…"
She twitched her tongue and did as asked.
"Where are we going…?" She asked eventually.
"Whole Cake Island" I said, although it was just one of many destinations, Wano was the last and after Wano, I'd come back to pick up my princesses to head to the Calm Belt.

"You're looking for Big Mom" she deduced.
"She owes me her life… and a bit more".
I don't have an official plan about what I will do with her. What I know, is she can dream about having a normal life after colliding with Kaido against me. Thankfully, old man whitebeard didn't strike her too hard… they were evenly matched and she managed to flee.
'She's a resource I can use'.
"Wano's incident, huh… our information about that moment is limited. What exactly happened?"

I played fool and didn't answer. Wano was a country with closed borders even before I took over. During the incident not even Stussy knew what happened if I didn't tell her, much less the marine.
The only ones that would know were those involved. Imu's group and mine.
Seeing my silence, she frowned, "Is it such a secret that you can't tell…?"

"For what we know; your woman, Boa Hancock was taken by the Yonko, Kaido… this happened in Dressrosa. You went to save her, we know… but what was the outcome and what does it have to do with the Yonko Big Mom".
"You like asking questions".
"There is no more reliable source of information than the source itself", she took out her cigarette but recalled were still in the air, put it away irritatingly.
"I killed Kaido. Whitebeard fought Big Mom… he didn't kill her but he left her in a bad state. I am going to Whole Cake now to make her pay her dividends for going against me".

"Rayleigh was there too. It was a blast to be honest" just recalling the moment he pulled out with his girls and his hommies, ending a decades long tyranny with iron hand, he felt satisfied. Monkey D. Dragon could never.
"You do not seem averse to giving away information" she flinched, her hands shivering as if she was also imagining that moment.
"Even if Sengoku and Kong were to know all my movements, they still wouldn't be able to stop me, Sakazuki".
She grit her teeth, smoke coming off her hands, which she eventually calmed down. Maybe because she admitted.
Her threat was now no longer just me. I have a lot of powerful people by my side.
I smirked and leaned forward as did she, "Do you think the marine is incompetent to deal with people like you, Dracule Veyron?"
"Oh no. I think you guys are very capable, it is you who is underestimating me. I am
Not sitting here in front of you right now just because I am strong".

"It's because I am smart" I pointed at by brain. Sakazuki's brows twitched, for a moment she remained silent then looked down swiftly, almost not letting me notice.
I looked down too to see what she was looking for, but there was nothing… just my legs?
"Perhaps… you think we are not aware of your little thryst with Gion?"

I gasped then and seeing my immediate reaction,Sakazuki leaned closer, putting her hand on my leg.
"During the events of Skypea, she was your prisoner… and yet somehow she managed to attain a strong devil fruit which belonged to a precious member of the CP0, the Mythological Zoan of the Divine White Tiger… on top of that marine advisors all over the world started advocating for her spot as an Admiral… do you think I would look at that and stay quiet?" Her hands moved closer, gripping my leg with a mix of strength and ease.
For my part, I didn't care what she knew about myself. But Gion takes her careeer seriously… I don't want her to lose her career because of me. Even if she has a future secure as my wife anyway.
In the middle of my thoughts. Sakazuki went further, her hand slithering like a snake towards my groin. I knew she was being seductive just to piss me off further.
"Does it feel good to fuck her in her ship, huh? Several days a month you will go have some fun with your precious admiral. Aren't you very naughty?~"

I didn't mind her hand, rather… this is a good position to be at.
"I see, you put a spy in Gion's ship… this thing of spies seems to be something you're very much into, let me guess… is it Hina?"
Her brows contorted for a second, but she didn't accept or deny, "If I don't play smart… how am I supposed to reach monsters like you?"
I was surprised at her efficiency, but nevertheless smiled with conflicted feelings.
'This works perfectly for me, actually… Even if it is her'.
"If you're the only one who knows. Then I have a perfect solution".
"Um–!"
I pressed her down, firmly pressing her breast into the deck, she gasped as I mounted her effortlessly.
"You can just become my woman too, Sakazuki" I said from the top, domineering.
"If you're the only one who knows… all I have to do is shut you up, don't I?~"
