Where Geto Suguru have a distant relative named Geto Shinji 

What most noticeable is that he have the features of the young Geto and even has the same cursed technique as him (I guess it run in the family?)

How will they react if the saw him? 

Or better yet 

How will "he" react if he saw "him"
