Anorah said quickly, but she didn't have to say anymore. They both completely understood what she meant.
'We'll watch your back, Saint,' One assured.
'Leave it to us, Saint,' Lazio said firmly.
Regardless, neither of them could keep the dread out of their voices. Without their wills, trying to hold back the Will Guard for even a second could cost them their lives.
But there was no choice. Anorah needed a few seconds to unravel the barrier, a few seconds where they had to protect her.
The sounds of air tearing suddenly reached them, and as they turned, their expressions darkened. The Sentinels and the other Will Guards were hot on their tails!
'I only need a few seconds!'
Anorah thundered, and without hesitation she blurred forward with even more speed, crossing the large distance in a blip.
