"Jealous? Of Me?" Isla asks, taken aback by the words that just came out of Adam's mouth.
"Yes, why else would she be angry at you? You are a woman, what would be a reason for a woman you barely know to hate you?" Adam asks in return.
Isla thinks about it, and what Adam says makes sense, but to her it still doesn't.
"But, what's the reason behind her jealousy? It's not like we have anything in common, nor do we share any interests that overlap each other, which could cause any friction?" Isla says.
Adam smiles, hearing her. Adam can tell there is something that Isla suspects, but the thought is so absurd that she doesn't even want to consider it.
"Come on, I think you have some idea as to why she looked at you the way she did, and you both certainly have a common factor, think about it," Adam says.
