Adam returned home to the same view. Just one car parked, belonging to Julia.
Even before he enters, he knows what to expect as it has become a daily routine.
Adam enters the mansion with the folder in his hand, wondering if he should drop the bomb on Julia right here and now, and then force her into submission by showing her that she has no other option but to comply with his needs.
From here on, she has to live in this mansion as his slave, just like he always intended her to be.
But then again, he doesn't know how Julia would react to his sudden threat. She might submit to him as he expects, but there is also a very small chance that she might lash out, which might cause unnecessary problems that would take some effort from him to subdue.
