Allison's POV:
"What?" I murmured while looking at the note in my hands. It was definitely sent by Jacob since it was a no-peace note. I felt more terrified knowing that he was now threatening my friends also. He was not going to let go what I did. He was going to take a revenge, but I had no idea how and when. Suddenly, I wondered about something. How did he come to know that Isaac is having lunch with me? After thinking for a while, my eyes widened in fear. Oh, no! He's here. He's watching us.
I stood up from the chair immediately and looked around the restaurant, observing and suspecting every person there, thinking that Jacob might be having his men spy on us. Gulping down, I kept looking around, confusing Isaac with my behavior.
"Allison?" He started and stood up along with me, observing everyone there. "Do you know who sent this? Are you looking for him?" He asked further but I couldn't manage to reply as I was scared and nervous and couldn't think straight.
