An Li stopped in front of Fan Yue.
Fan Yue smiled and said, "My cousin and his wife will be busy greeting guests; they're probably too busy to look after us. Shall I take you out for a stroll?"
It's An Li's first time in Hawaii, and she's long heard that it's a travel paradise, so naturally, she's intrigued.
She hesitated for a moment.
But Fan Yue said, "Don't worry, I'll send a message to my cousin and his wife, so they won't be worried."
An Li looked back towards the crowd and then happily agreed.
Fan Yue had a local driving license and drove An Li around to visit some nearby attractions.
As evening fell and An Li started feeling tired, she thought they would head back to the hotel. Unexpectedly, Fan Yue received a call from a friend.
Fan Yue arranged to meet his friend nearby during the call.
An Li couldn't help but feel a bit uneasy.
Perhaps noticing An Li's discomfort, Fan Yue explained, "A few biker friends are nearby. Don't worry, we won't be back too late."
