"Oh, really?" Elder Jiang asked knowingly.
He then pointed at the crab roe pastry in front of her and said, "Auntie Cui made this especially since she knew you were coming. Aren't you going to try it?"
Zhu Shuanghua reluctantly reached out, picked one up, and put it in her mouth.
She couldn't figure out why, but she felt uncomfortable all over after coming here today.
She didn't pay much attention to the crab roe pastry, taking a couple of random bites before putting it down.
But Elder Jiang continued to ask, "How is it? Does it taste like you remembered from when you were little?"
Zhu Shuanghua nodded absentmindedly, "Yeah, it's quite tasty..."
Elder Jiang could clearly see she wasn't really interested and smiled, saying, "Then have some more."
However, this time Zhu Shuanghua didn't eat any more. Instead, she got up from the sofa and said, "Uncle Jiang, I really have something to do, I can't stay long."
