All around was quiet.
Seeing that Jelly had no reaction, Shami looked over quizzically.

"Hey, Shami, could Jelly think you're talking about it in code?"
"Ah, no, that's not it, it's for another reason."
Seeing Jelly appear nervous and sweating, Shami explained the reason clearly.
Only then did Jelly understand, realizing it wasn't here to be held accountable.
It looked around the surroundings before finally stepping forward itself.
"What's going on, you searched all around and in the end chose yourself? What can I say about you all, even the entire Slime Tribe couldn't cultivate a single distinctive Slime."
Shami sighed.
"What the heck, no Slime Leader trains dumb Slimes on purpose. All the Slimes Shami mentioned with negative traits have already been eliminated through normal development."
The Elf Maiden stood protectively in front of Jelly, speaking on its behalf.
