Unless Snow Collins was not in West Grove, they should be able to find Snow's whereabouts eventually.
However, when she finished searching all the private clinics and still found no trace of Snow, she realized something was wrong.
Having suffered such a severe injury, how could Snow have left West Grove for treatment?
That doesn't make sense.
Under this premise, Snow could only be in West Grove, but there was no news of Snow in all the hospitals, big or small. Thus, the authenticity of Snow's condition was still questionable.
