And so, the two strolled down the street, taking a full ten minutes to walk the five-minute distance to the movie theater.
Not long after Tina Hernandez took her seat, Robin Reade came in with a lot of snacks, all of which he placed in her hands.
"It's been a long time since I watched a movie." Tina murmured to herself.
It had been so long that she'd forgotten that popcorn and cola were the standard fare for moviegoing.
"When people grow up, they'll have all sorts of troubles and even forget the simplest happiness. You're still young, and you shouldn't constrain yourself all the time," Robin wanted to pat Tina's head.
Someone who appeared to have everything actually had lost too much.
He understood this woman, just as he understood why she was so outstanding.
Tina flashed a toothy grin, "Yeah, life is short, so we should try everything."
Once she got divorced, perhaps she would have the courage to ask Robin if he'd be willing to give it a go with her.
