Bella Scott couldn't help but laugh when she saw the message from Edward Anderson: "What kind of mischief did you do to get caught by my mom?"
Could it be that he wanted to sneak into her room?
Knowing Edward's nature, it was very likely something he would do.
"I just wanted to see you and express my yearning," Edward sent two kissing emojis.
Bella laughed and collapsed onto her pillow, sending him a kissing emoji as a reply.
They were both adults, yet they were sending each other such childish emojis. It was as if they had returned to the innocent days of their childhood.
Edward soon sent another message: "Being able to live under the same roof with you already satisfies me. People are always greedy creatures; once they have something, they want more."
Bella smiled: "The future is long, Mr. Anderson. Don't be too anxious."
