Right Gauntlet hidden blade: used to be owned by your grandfather Ezio but has been modified to be made out of eldritch steel

Sword of Altair: gifted to you by your grandfather Altair himself after completing your training with him when you were ten but it has been modified to be made out of eldritch steel

Dagger of time: a gift from Chronos on your 15 birthday with the power to allow you to freeze time around but only for a minute

Riptide: a gift from Posiden when you were fighting a monster
