"He's getting killed out there. He's getting killed out there. He's getting killed out there. He's getting killed out there. He's getting killed out there. He's getting killed out there. He's getting killed out there He's getting killed out there..." Wyvios' mutters were occupied by his own nails bitten into, his fangs sharp as it tore through and leave small drops of blood, his hands shaking the longer they kept fighting. It was clear this was a fluke, no sign of advance on his goals to rid the Demon. A voice spoke up again, one trying not to laugh at his misfortune, as his eyes darted up.
"Oh, pay me no mind. I'm still reeling in what's happening to your situation." Jesta teased, a small mockery as he watched the two fight, keeping his appearance hidden so he wouldn't be spotted by Stolas. He noticed the Avian was eyeing on him as much as possible, waiting for his own chance to strike and resolve the situation himself. He was being just as greedy, but just as patient. A true animal that makes sure such prey doesn't leave his sight. "Besides, I believe you may have other problems coming up soon."
"You're making a mockery of me, aren't you? You DO realize this is upon your hand as well, right!? You were the one wh-"
"Yes, yes, yes. I made you the kingdom and the structures beneath. I know that, and I don't want you to regurgitate it. However, I am already known far and wide as a vile beast that must be vanquished by whatever means necessary. You, on the other hand, were under the radar until recent memory: Investigations, assailants, and now a full-blown implosion both here and below. You're essentially my Hamlet, a man who fought for such power, now watching his consequences follow, and cannot imagine yourself thinking you were in the wrong. You're losing... and that's what makes it funny!"
"LOSING!? On what grounds!? Sure, I have setbacks bu-" An explosion interrupts his words, one that Jesta doesn't bother to speak up. Such actions were more than enough to express his point. He'd look back and see that while they were neck-and-neck, Zazel was still holding the upper hand. He grit his teeth, nearly biting into them, as he retorted. "HE wants to prove himself for his nihilist of a father. HE wants to be involved just as much. So long as he kept up his diversion, I can just as easily bounce back and take care of everyone myself."
"Oh? You believe you can defy your script? As the fated king held in secrecy, only to be exposed and be left with nothing? You want something under that belt? Then by all means, reach out to the ones below." The Mask's grin grew wide as he'd back away, quickly forming a sigil to let him contact the Bunker. Wyvios would take it without hesitation, but the moment he opened his mouth, he'd hear it. The tambourines and trumpets. The sing-song nature bubbly bouncing away. The screams and wails of a child wishing to cease it all. The lands shifting as the clash of metal came back and forth. Something was wrong down there, something outside his control. "I paid my own visit there through the use of your contract. You were very smart in letting someone else harbor your consequences, I'll give you that, but thanks to it, I saw everything there. He's losing his breath. He's losing his touch."
"You lie..."
"Fufufu~. Come now, you know well that I can't." Jesta's grin grew ear-to-ear as he watched such horror in the King's face. Seeing such despair fills the Devil with a joy he's never thought to have felt before. A brisk shift around his gaze would let him see someone approaching, backing away further into the corners of the castle. "Matter of fact... you might be losing it, too. Someone's here to take it all away. Someone who is making sure Judgement awaits you. For attempting to play God, when you were simply tasked to rule as King, you should know when to not overstep yourself..."
SHIKK!!!
A slash across the King's body. Wyvios couldn't perceive what he was saying until he was struck. Koina held her weapon by her very teeth, lunging through the darkness and skewering into his chest. What she expected was of blood, muscles twisting, and the skin ruptured. What she got instead was of clay, morphed with her attacks, curving in the same way she was dealing. Such force, however, did prove enough to push the two off of the castle, a direct shot in Stolas' Sagittarius, a star fired right at the two, with Koina quickly pulling back so that Toshigo takes the hit directly, a body shield that began to crack as soon as his body was exposed to such heat, breaking away once landed.
KA-BOOOM!!!!!
Unscathed, as Koina backed away and watched on as Wyvios began to reform. His body was warped, only taking in the moisture by the blood left behind to give him back structure, slowly changing back and regenerating his eyes to see properly. Her arms were still missing, only able to be alive by the shadows hiding such stumps, ensuring she wouldn't succumb to the injuries. The King needed to hide away, even if its just a brief moment, quickly kicking up the blood and rubble to block and blind her. She, however, never closed her eyes. Even as she was struck directly, she'd make another slash, watching one of his arms and legs be restrained, forcing him to trip over, causing him to reveal his magic and give himself back that upper hand. His arm and leg broke off, as the land was absorbed into him. A new arm and leg was forged in its place, one that had the grey coloring, slowly bringing back his proper pigment with enough time.
He wasn't human. He wasn't a Dragon. He wasn't anything. He was merely Clay, an impersonation of proper life.
