While Ray was observing the blazing ball of an asteroid, when suddenly out of nowhere a translucent blue screen greeted him.
'God damn, isn't this the infamous status board I have read about in novels and mangas' Ray's mind flared with excitement.
And just as he was about to click
''Brother can you see this blue colour projection?'' Rein asked with a hint of curiosity in her tone.
"Yes,I can also see it'' Ray replied while humming in his mind that it must be the infamous
Right at that movement they heard a loud boooom
"Brother did that asteroid land somewhere in the city and if it landed on the city with its mass and velocity, shouldn't we be dead by now'' said Rein.
''Logically it should have killed us but it didn't, so something is definitely wrong but let's keep the brainstorming for later and let's put the return to our home as the first priority'' Ray said with a hint of excitement in his eyes
" Hmm" Rein nodded.

Just as he was about to have other thoughts Rein called out to him "Brother, don't you think the trees grew a little ?" said Rein.
"Now that I look, they did seem to have gotten a little taller' Ray said while picking a leaf.
While plucking the leaf Ray noticed something amiss and said to Rein
"Something very wrong is happening and we or maybe nobody else has an explanation on why so many strange things are happening but from my current observation, the trees seems as if they are evolving or rather becoming more tensile or stronger"
Ray was about to finish saying his findings but suddenly noticed that Rein was looking at something .
Ray followed the direction of Rein's gaze and his eyes went so wide that they were about to fall off their sockets.
"A real slime" Ray pointed at a light green ball of mucus like structure with a darkend shade of green core inside it in front of their house.
"What the hell is even going on for God's sake"Ray exclaimed with shock.
But just the instance he was surprised,he went silent.
"Rein, get behind me" Ray said while almost dragging Rein to his back. Rein cheeks went crimson but Ray was oblivious to it as his focus was on the slime.
'Does that green ball have acid based attacks if so it can become dangerous' thought Ray while deciding to escape while it has not noticed them.
"Rein make your way while climbing the wall and to the the back door" Rein said while giving a hand to his sister to climb up the wall and thanking the Gods that he forgot to lock the back door.
"Heh, but shouldn't the back door be locked" said Rein while giving a smile that looked more cold than the emotion that should be protrayed by it.
Ray said while sweating buckets of water "Well Didn't that become a godsend"
"How can you be so reckless, what if a thief had entered and now that I see what if that gooe ball had slipped into out home " Rein showered Ray with words of repremands.
"I-I am sorry but can we talk about this at a later time"Ray asked for mercy.
" I will deal with you later"
Rein climbed the wall with the help of Ray giving her a hand.While from the wall Rein gave a helping hand to Ray who held onto it even though he would have done fine.
Going through the door Ray locked the door
"Rein can you prepare breakfast, My stomach is growling" cried out Ray
"Brother don't be sexist and prepare your meal and mine as well as punishment for your recklessness" Rein said a a victory smile.
Ray mumbled about his forgetfulness but still went to the kitchen to get moving and started preparing a simple breakfast of buttery toasts and eggs with a side of bacon and some milk for calcium intake he served the table with a delicious aroma although it was a simple meal.
Just as he was about to call for Rein in the guest room he called out for her but she did not respond, he dashed to her side and saw something that is close to miraculous.
