It's been about two months after the incident, no one heard from Mrs Martha or her daughter not even her uncle, Emma was criticized where ever she went she wanted to go for plan B but she was too scared to not that it would matter anyway people already know about it. She was sleeping at night when she felt a gentle caress on her head, " I'm sorry for waking you up so late darling" Mrs Clark said with a soft smile but there was something else Emma could feel it and she knows it's not good. "What's wrong Mrs Clark" Emma asked however she wished she didn't, " I have known you since you were just a little kid and I totally adored you, you are a smart and intelligent kid... But you see people are starting to talk, my salary can't care for all of us, your school fees and expenses are too much and this could leave a dent on your college application and I don't want that to have a negative impact on Leah as well, you know she's all I've got and I have to protect her... And I wish...I really really wish I could protect you too but I can't and I'm so sorry it has to be this way" Mrs Clark said with tears in her eyes, Emma was just speechless she didn't hate her for saying that she just wished she had someone who could do that for her. Very early the next morning Emma packed her bags and left without saying goodbye to Leah she knew Leah wouldn't let her go anywhere and she might get mad at her mom too. Mrs Clark gave her some money and also an address to her Uncle's house, Emma walked off leaving her home, school, her best friend and her whole life behind.
