Cardan teased Easton for the majority of their time there.
Fortunately Amanda gave both of her new children equal attention which didn't feel fake but genuine and kind.
"Why didn't you tell me?" Easton glared at Cardan after pulling him aside.
"I thought it was pretty obvious. I mean Wren was basically able to figure it out after only looking at the picture of Daphne. The rest figured it out after figuring out her surname" Cardan shrugged as if saying it's your fault for being stupid.
Easton glared but forced himself to calm down and and breath in the calm relaxing air.
"My parents are getting married?" Easton told him out of nowhere.
Cardan lifted an eyebrow "About time, how do you feel about it anyway?"
"I don't mind it honestly. I'm actually happy that mom found love again, you know" Easton sighed.
He'd planned on introducing Daphne a week before the wedding which would be next week Saturday. His mother had already seen the pictures he sent and couldn't wait to meet her.
